Fiber to the Home must be gaining momentum -- it's even got spammers' attention

In my mailbox today:
"100~1,000 Mbps Internet speed FTTH-Fiber To The Home project"

"WSNTV 75 is a 100% global broadband-based virtual education, entertainment and media organization engaging in developing, hosting, marketing, advertising, and promotion of network quality multimedia/interactive content and sharing 50% revenue for your content, or content developed."

"What kind of opportunity is WSNTV 75 offering? IF YOU ---"

"Like the thought of revitalising your community and local economy"

"Would like to be involved in an initiative that delivers 100~1,000 Mbps internet speed to your home via fiber optics" ...

"If you answered "Yes" to one or more of the above questions, we would like to have you on our team! WSNTV 75 is offering 50/50 co-ownership opportunity for your content, via non-exclusive agreement. We are offering 10GB (20 hours) of hosting and marketing package per professional at $100 onetime fee only."

They must be global since the e-mail, ostensibly from a U.S. address, actually traces back to an IP address in Korea.

These guys have a bunch of web sites. Here are just a few:
WSNTV 71151 studio
WSNTV 1007

and my favorite:
"Brilliant Money"

We were thinking this FTTH thing was going to take a lot of hard work to get going here in the U.S.
