Tennessee: Charter and Jackson Energy Authority in dispute over cable damage
In Tennessee, Jackson Energy Authority is building a municipal FTTH (fiber to the home) system. JEA's contractors have accidentally damaged cable TV incumbent Charter's cable in several location and the two companies are arguing over the cost of repairs. posted by Al Bonnyman
